Shipping policy

Your item will be shipped from Los Angeles via USPS Mail, with tracking. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please confirm your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. 

If you would like a signature on your package, please email riodecashop@gmail.com with your request at time of purchase.

We require signatures on all packages shipped to NYC and surrounding boroughs. Please email riodecashop@gmail.com for any other questions regarding our shipping policy.
